On the eve of Independence Day – ‘ Freedom as envisaged by Gandhiji’- A talk by Prof. Mohammed Ahammed is being organised at ***Sree Swami Anandatheertha Ashramam, Payyannur.

***(This is the place where on January 12, 1934 Gandhiji visited and a school was started by Swami Ananda Thirtha by planting a mango sapling. The Mango tree still stands there as a symbol of Independence)

RE-ORG INDIA International Workshop

The twelve day workshop was conducted as a collaboration between IGNCA Delhi, ICCROM, Baroda Museum and Picture Gallery, and IGNCA Regional Centre Vadodara. It was a capacity building programme for museum professionals that imparted knowledge and skills on re-organisation of museum storages.
