The core collection comprises originals, reproductions, and reprographic material. It has a rich collection of masks, puppets and scroll paintings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Collections includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Photography Collection on life styles of different communities.<\/li>\n<li>Masks from India and many other countries throughout the world.<\/li>\n<li>Puppets (leather puppets, glove puppets, rod puppets, string puppets etc).<\/li>\n<li>North Eastern Textiles.<\/li>\n<li>Phulkari, Kantha, Rabari, Chikankari Embroidery.<\/li>\n<li>Scrolls (Patua, Pattam Katha, Devnarayan ki Phad etc).<\/li>\n<li>1200 meter Mahabharata scroll by Santokba Dudhat.<\/li>\n<li>250 meter Indira Priyadarshini Scroll by Santokba Dudhat.<\/li>\n<li>Nakshi dolls from Andhra Pradesh and Krishna dolls from Manipur.<\/li>\n<li>Paintings (Madhubani, Gond, Kalighat, Bhil, Kalamkari, Pata Chitra etc)<\/li>\n<li>Bamboo craft and basketry from North East India.<\/li>\n<li>Milada Ganguly Collection comprising rare Naga artefacts and paintings from Nagaland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>46 shadow puppets on Ramayana theme from Karnataka<\/li>\n<li>4 Soura paintings from Odisha<\/li>\n<li>15 Masks &amp; 20 costumes of Ramman &#8211; Religious and Ritual Theatre of Garhwal<\/li>\n<li>Kavad &amp; Ramji Ki Phad from Rajasthan<\/li>\n<li>Clay Toys (Ram &amp; Sita ) from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh<\/li>\n<li>Pattamkatha from Telangana<\/li>\n<li>Sikki Grass Items (Ram, Lakshman, Sita) from Bihar<\/li>\n<li>Stone Carving from Bihar<\/li>\n<li>Leather Puppets from Anantapur Dist.
