She started painting when she was nine years old. The main motif in her painting is work. Everyone, men, women, animals, are engaged in some kind of work. Another interesting motif is a frog which jumps up suddenly and startles everyone around. A recurring theme, which Jibli draws is the memory stone, the&nbsp;<em>cheera<\/em>, dedicated to the ancestors.
