Short Term Certificate Courses<\/h3>\n

Art encompasses a wide area of studies, such as creative literature \u2013 written and oral, visual arts \u2013 architecture, sculpture, painting, graphics, performing arts- music, dance, theatre, photography and films, festivals with artistic dimension.<\/p>\n

In an endeavour to promote IGNCA\u2019s mandate and to attract people towards Indian art and to nurture trained manpower in related fields, IGNCA had introduced short term certificate courses in 2019 encompassing a wide gamut of courses ranging from Rock Art Appreciation, Documentary & Ethnographic Film making, Folklore & Intangible Cultural Heritage, Screenwriting etc.<\/p>\n

These short term certificate courses are spread across a time span of three months with approx. two-hours sessions held during weekdays comprising 4 credits with a view to provide an insight and to develop interest in the concerned areas of study. A well-designed course by expert faculty of IGNCA, eminent guests from the field of art & culture as speakers and well equipped infrastructure provides a congenial atmosphere for a wholesome learning experience.<\/p>\n

IGNCA is now accepting applications for the fourth batch of short-term Certificate Courses that will include the following nine courses starting this February 2024:<\/p>\n
