Likewise, the film touches upon the lesser known temple instruments of Kerala like Maddalam, Tayambaka Kompu, Kuzhal and Pancha Vadyam like Sudha Maddalam, Edakka, Kompu, Elathalam. It traces the Guruvayur tradition and examines the Travancore School in which traditional instruments are played and taught. The sound bytes explore the age old tradition of playing these instruments<\/p>\n
