Pandit Mask is worn by the Gond and Korku tribes during the performance of drama on the occassion of Deepawali. This is the first mask among the tribals which is worn by Pandit character. The holy mark and the cap on the mask are its speciallity. This mask is used to explore the characteristics of a fraud priest.
