Indra yatra is very popular festival. The people of Kathmandu celebrate the religious festival or Indra Yatra to mark the occasion of oLord Indra's visit. It is one of the most colourful festival of Kathmandu Valley. The festival lasts for the period of one week. On the third day of the festival the chariots of the Ganesha. Bhairab and Kumari are drawn along the streen of Southern part of Kathmandu. The masks of Ganesha, Kumari and Bhairab are used during the time.
