The mask of Sugriva is the exact replica of Hanuman. It is semiroundish in outline. It does not resemble the facial form of an ape. With bulging forehead, broad and prominent nose, flat face the mask assumes more or less the human facial form. The eye is very much broad and prominent. There is no opening for viewing in the eye region. A dancer looks through the dental gaps existing between the adjacent teeth guarding the oral opening. Red coloured lips are widely separated exposing the teeth. Broad whisker, thick eyebrow, shapely prominent moustache and hair have been depicted by way of painting with dark black colour. 'Tital' has been drawin on the nasal bridge. The words 'Sita Ram' are written on both sides of the forehead. Body colour :White.
