Participants from other countries may pay their participation fee in cash at the registration counter

Registration fee is non-refundable. Substitution in nomination is acceptable only up to 15th February 2010.

Registration fee does not include accommodation and transportation.

Registration will be confirmed only if the form is duly completed and payment received in full.
Discount

Additional delegate(s) from the same organization qualifies for a 10% discount.

Full time student (Ph.D and Masters) and accompanying person qualify for 20% discount.

No charges for accompanied person (husband / wife) for participation in conference, cultural events etc. No conference kit will be provided
