Rock art exhibition

The circulating exhibition titled ‘The World of Rock Art’, concluded it journey at Bengaluru’s National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA). An exhibition titled ‘The World of Rock Art’ was organized by the Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts (IGNCA), in collaboration with NGMA and Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) . This exhibition is a part of the IGNCA’s ongoing project called Adi Drishya. The inauguration of the exhibition on December 3, 2013, took place in the presnce Dr. A Sundara, Retd. Professor, Department of Ancient History & Archaeology, Karnataka University, Dharwad, Shri Pravin Srivastava, (IAS), Director General, Archaeological Survey of India, New Delhi. K. G. Kumar, Director, National Gallery of Modern Art and Professorr. S Settar, Director(Hon) at IDNCA Southern Regional Centre, Bengaluru, the staff of the ASI, NGMA and IGNCA,SRC.
