IGNCA Book Circle @ Reference Library. Under the Outreach initiative the IGNCA Book Circle has a monthly event held on the fourth Thursday of every month. This month The One -Eyed Chick and other stories (a book on life in Odisha) By Basanth Kumar Satpathy, edited by Bikram K Das & Sumanyu Satpathy. Sumanyu Satpathy will read from the book The One Eyed Chick and other Stories, This will be followed by a discussion on the book or the subject. Professor Sumanyu Satpathy is Head of Department of English, University of Delhi, India, besides teaching, researching and publishing, has also been involved in several administrative and decision-making bodies. He has taught in tribal areas in India at the tertiary level in various universities and colleges in India and abroad
