Vidhushi Smt. Savita Devi is a renowned thumri exponent of the Benaras gharana (purab ang). The DVD consists of recordings of some of the significant compositions by the artist. The genres include bol banaav ki thumri, bandish ki thumri, daadra, holi, cheti, kajri, jhoola and barahmasa. The artist has herself thrown light on her traditional style of singing and different musical renditions.
The DVD contains a small booklet that shares about the Artist and her genre of music.
