This course is designed for people who want a structured but user-friendly introduction to Hindi, whether studying alone or in a class. It aims to get you into the world of real Hindi as quickly as possible

  • Newspaper reading
  • Writing articles for news papers
  • Dumb charades
  • Visits to Temples, Dargahs, Gurudwaras
  • Listening to Kirtan, Bhajan, Shabad and experiencing the Langer culture
  • Indian Music: Film songs and quwwalis
  • Visit Malls, Metros, Schools
UNIT-3
  • Watching movies, Documentaries, Plays, Visual Advertisements, and TV news or other live shows
  • Writing reviews of the films, plays etc. watched
UNIT-4
  • Topic and their analysis
  • Group discussions
  • Short Stories (Panchtantra, short stories of Premchand, Amar Chitra Katha)
UNIT-5
  • Hindi Novels: Nirmal Verma’s WeDIN or Ageyas Are Yayawar Yaad Rahega
