National Conference on Cultural Identity: Manifestation through Architecture (CIMA-2020)

In collaboration with Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, New Delhi

The two-day conference will include keynote addresses by eminent professionals along with interactive sessions chaired by academicians and professionals on the following themes:

  •  Art, Architecture and Society
  •  Architectural Symbolism
  •  Cultural transformation in the contemporary world
  •  Traditional systems and practices
  •  Cultural identities in Vernacular settings
  •  Global initiatives in culture preservation and conservation

This national conference will bring together the representatives from academia, research organizations, institutions, local bodies, and agencies and policy-makers. The selected abstracts/papers will be published in proceedings with ISBN.

Abstracts are invited for CIMA-2020, in the prescribed format enclosed for your kind reference. Please find the attached information poster with details regarding key dates and themes for paper/poster submission.

The platter of events include workshops for children on calligraphy,, talk on mental health, puppet show, goddess Durga, panel discussions, music and dance programmes, craft mela, street art, food stalls, all centring on the theme of women.
