A Colloquium on the New Education Policy – A panel discussion on inclusion of culture and value-based curricula in education.  Eminent Educationists, Scholars, Cultural Entrepreneurs gave their valuable suggestions during the discussion. IGNCA SRC held a panel discussion to discuss & deliberate policy measures to bring in culture based value education and its inclusion in the curriculum.

Behind the Mask – The film tries to decipher the Vasnava, Buddhist, monastic and the oral community traditions behind masks.It presents the social, theological,and iconographical contexts of masks in North-East India. The 54 minute film is directed by Sanjeev Bhattacharya.

IGNCA Book Circle @ Reference Library. This month, Prof. Gobind Prasad will read from his third Kavya Sangraha Vartmaan Ki Dhool published by Kitab Ghar. He is teaching Modern Hindi Poetry in the Department of Central Hindi Languages at Jawaharlal Nehru University. In 2008 he was also visiting Professor at Sofia University, Bulgaria.
