A One day Seminar on खोरठा भाषा साहित्य और समाजः ज्ञान परंपरा एवं वर्तमान परिप्रेक्ष्य. The seminar is being organised in collaboration with Ram Lakhan Singh Yadav College, Ranchi. The programme will be graced by Prof. Saroj Sharma, Vice-Chancellor, Ranchi University, Ranchi, as the Chief Guest. Prof. S. N. Munda, Former Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, Ranchi, and Dr. Kamal Kumar Bose, Former Head, Department of Hindi, St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi as a Special Guest. Dr. Vishnu Charan Mahto, Principal, Ram Lakhan Singh Yadav College, Ranchi, will preside over the programme. 10 Days Workshop on Painting based on the Life of Birsa Munda The 10-Day Painting Workshop on the Life of Bhagwan Birsa Munda is being organised in collaboration with Dr. Ram Dayal Munda Tribal Welfare Research Institute. The workshop aims to commemorate and celebrate the life, struggle, philosophy, and legacy of Bhagwan Birsa Munda through diverse tribal and folk-art traditions of Jharkhand. Bringing together eminent artists and young practitioners of the Jharkhand, the programme seeks to preserve and promote indigenous visual narratives while encouraging creative engagement with the cultural and historical contributions of the Bhagwan Birsa Munda. The workshop will provide a platform for artists to depict themes related to tribal identity, resistance, nature, and community life inspired by Birsa Munda’s vision. Following the successful completion of the workshop, an exhibition of the artworks created during the programme will also be organised to showcase the artistic expressions and cultural interpretations developed by the participating artists.
